Meet Tahoe

Hi, my name is Tahoe. I'm a Boxer, and I was adopted from Boxer Rescue by Collin and his family when I was about 2. Now, I'm 7. I like to get walked, run, and play a game my family calls "bite blanket." I am brown with a black and white face. I'll admit I am quite spoiled.

Do you have a dog? What kind?
If you do not have dog, what kind would you like?

  1. Dear Collin,

Tahoe is very handsome. I do have a dog. It is a golden retriever. She likes to play with her tennis ball, run around the living room, and play tug-o-war.

    Sincerely,
    Sean

  2. Dear Collin,

Tahoe is very very cute. I remember that I came to your house and I saw him. I have a dog too, her name is Molly. She likes to play fetch with me.

What game does Tahoe like to play?

    Sincerely,
    Parsa

    1. Dear Parsa,

Thank you for commenting on my blog.

You asked what games Tahoe likes to play. Well, he plays this game called bite blanket, which all he does is bite a blanket and sometimes my feet! He also likes to play fetch.

What kind of dog is Molly?

      Sincerely,
      Collin

    2. Dear Collin,

Molly is a shih tzu. That is funny that our dogs have something in common! Tahoe is hilarious. He sometimes bites your foot! Molly bites any ones foot when you are wearing flippers.

  3. Dear Collin,

Tahoe has been a great dog for our family. In fact, he has been the best boxer yet. I love it when he plays bit blanket as well. But sometimes he gets a little carried away and jumps on us to hard. Thanks for thinking of Tahoe on your blog.

  4. Dear Collin,

You have an awesome dog! I have a pit bull of my own, whom I spoil very much also. They are both great dogs. I get a lot of comments about how mean pit bulls are, but its all how you raise them. That goes for all dogs. Great job on your blogs, keep it up.

  5. Dear Collin,

I saw a link to your blog on Mallory's blog and had to check it out. My daughter Jaxon is friends with your sister Kendall so I have seen Tahoe when I have come to pick Jaxon up. He seems like a great dog. What is funny is that just today we were talking about dog tails and Jaxon was talking about Tahoe's short tail (as opposed to a pug's curly tail). What a coincidence!

Thanks for sharing Tahoe on your blog. I look forward to playing bite the blanket with him next time I come to your house.

    Barbara (Jaxon's mom)

  6. Hey Collin,

Tahoe looks like a great dog. I too have a dog named Millie. She is a 15 year old black lab. She is a great dog and I don't know what I would do without her. Hope you and Tahoe have great memories like me and my dog have!

  7. Dear Tahoe,

I am a Labrador retriever, and my name is Buck. I am the happy owner of two humans, Mr. and Mrs. Yollis. They enjoy running with me, hiking with me, and throwing the toys for me. Twice a day, they love feeding me some delicious dog chow. It has chicken in it and it is delicious.

    What do you eat?

Do your humans enjoy going for a walk with you?

How did you get them to give you a blanket? They always take them away from me. :-(

    Your new friend,
    Buck

  8. Dear Collin,
Very nice post. I can tell that Tahoe means a lot to you and he is lucky get adopted into a loving family. Does Tahoe know any tricks?
We have a much smaller dog called Romeo. He is a miniature Schnauzer. He loves to get attention and sometimes does naughty things like chew are shoes if we don't play with him enough.

Keep up with the great posts!

    From,
    Victoria

  9. Dear Collin,

I have a dog named Rocco. He is a Tibetan Terrier.

Rocco also likes to run, get walked, and play many fun but rough games. His favorite game is tug-o-war. When my family and I are not home, Rocco chews our shoes rapid fire and when we get home, most of our shoes are chewed to shreds! The funniest part about that is that he makes his guilty puppy face and pretends to sleep.:)

What is "Bite Blanket"? What is the funniest thing that Tahoe has ever done?

    Your puppy loving peer,
    Gr♥ce

  10. Dear Collin,

I do not have a dog, but I would like a golden retriever puppy. The golden retriever puppy would like to play fetch. My dream dog would also like to go on walks a lot. My sister wants a cat, but I don't know what kind she wants.

If you want a cat or have a cat what kind is it?

    Your Friend,
    Katelyn
